What is Pharen Hub?
Our own platform. Chat, docs, tasks, mail, calendar and AI agents in one workspace, in the cloud or on your server.
Is the Hub GDPR compliant?
That depends on the whole setup: which models you use, where the Hub runs and what data goes into it. We work that out with you before we start, and put it in writing.
Where is our data stored?
Either with us in Germany on Hetzner Cloud, with updates, backups and maintenance. Or in your own cloud on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Hetzner, on your own server or in Kubernetes.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Nothing in your workspace goes into any training.
Do we have to use the Hub if we work with you?
No. We also build on the systems you already use. The Hub only comes in when your software is missing something.
Who is the Hub not a good fit for?
If all you need is email, file storage or chat, a dedicated tool is usually the better fit. We'll tell you so.
