You get a first assessment in the intro call. Before we build anything, we run the numbers on the process with you: how it runs today, how it would run with AI. If it does not pay off, we tell you.

No. We do the building. After the launch, our ongoing support keeps the agent running, even when one of your programs or processes changes. It starts at €199 a month, excluding VAT. If you already have IT or a service provider, we agree data paths and access with them and replace nobody.

Your team is involved from the start, above all whoever handles the process today. That way nothing gets built over their heads.

That is why it does not decide alone. The AI prepares the work, and a person approves the critical steps. In invoice intake, for example, it reads out the supplier, amount and due date, and the person in charge checks them before approving the invoice.

Before the start we agree with you which data goes to which AI, and we document it. Whether the cloud or your own server fits, we check together. If you use Pharen Hub, we run it in Germany on Hetzner Cloud, or it runs with Docker on your own server.

Anyone who uses AI at work has to support the AI literacy of their staff, as Article 4 says. Our training starts there: with your team's own tasks and clear rules for customer data and the GDPR.

Two funding schemes may apply, both with conditions. The German government subsidises consulting for small and mid-sized businesses through its Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). How much it covers depends on the region, and the guideline runs until the end of 2026. For businesses in the city of Leipzig, the district of Leipzig and Nordsachsen, the Saxon development bank SAB also still takes applications for its digitalisation grant (as of October 2026). It starts at €5,000 of eligible costs, does not cover consulting alone, and you have to apply before the project starts. A single agent often costs less. So before you commission anything, check with the funding body whether your project fits and when it may start.
