Is it worth it for us?
You get a first assessment in the first call. In the workshop we work out with you how much time and money a process costs today, and how much of that AI can save.
We already use ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?
For single tasks it often is. In a chat window, though, AI only helps individual people, and the process itself barely changes. We build AI straight into your processes, for example into how incoming invoices are handled.
What happens to our data?
Before we start, we agree with you which data goes to which AI, and put it in writing. Whether the cloud or your own server is the right fit, we work out together.
Do you work on site?
In and around Leipzig we're happy to come by. Across Germany, Austria and Switzerland we work remotely. Process mapping, the pilot and training also work fully remotely.
Can we get funding for this?
That depends on your region. The BAFA guideline runs until the end of 2026. In the city of Leipzig, the district of Leipzig and North Saxony, the SAB offers its digitization grant (Digitalisierungszuschuss) for eligible costs of €5,000 or more, though not for consulting alone (as of October 2026). You apply before the project starts, ideally after checking with the funding body.
