Any questions?

Do we need our own IT or AI people?

No, we handle the build. If you already have IT staff or a service provider, we agree data flows and access with them. We're not out to replace anyone.

How much time do we need to set aside?

The first call takes 30 minutes. For the first process we need the person who does it today. They answer our questions and test with us in daily work.

What if the AI makes mistakes?

We expect it to. The AI prepares the work, and on important steps a person has the final say. With incoming invoices, for example, it reads out the supplier, amount and due date, and the person in charge checks them before approving the invoice.

How much does an AI agent cost?

A first AI agent starts at €1,999 (paid once), and support at €199 per month, plus VAT. The price depends on how many systems the agent has to connect and how clean your data is today.

What costs come on top of the price?

VAT and the running costs for the AI models, billed by usage. If the agent runs in Pharen Hub, we add 20% to the actual AI costs, plus the Hub plan.

How soon will we see results?

We start right away with a process from your business, so you check the first results on real cases straight away. How fast it goes from there depends on the process, your data and how well your team gets on board.
