In short
Jagrati Abroad guides Indian students who want to study in Germany and plans 30 videos a month for them on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. In Pharen Hub, the plan comes from 1 request, and 3 AI agents prepare the videos: one for topics and trends, one for scripts and one that checks every claim before filming. A workflow turns an idea into a filming pack with script, shot list and caption in 23 seconds.
Before, every video took about 2 hours of research and writing, 60 hours a month in total. Today Jagrati Abroad reviews each filming pack in about 20 minutes, 10 hours a month. That saves about 50 hours a month, more than 1 working week. At €45.00 per working hour, the German average for 2025, that time is worth about €2,250. Filming and publishing are still done by hand.
With Pharen, Jagrati Abroad has:
- created the plan for 30 videos a month with 1 request
- introduced 3 AI agents for the video platforms, for trends, for scripts and for the review before filming
- set up a workflow that turns an idea into a filming pack in 23 seconds
- cut the prep work per video from about 2 hours to about 20 minutes
- saved about 50 hours a month, worth about €2,250
- removed unsupported claims before filming, all 3 in the test, including guaranteed admission
Starting point
“Germany research ke 20 tabs khule hain.” That is how one of Jagrati Abroad’s next videos opens: 20 tabs of research about Germany, and the next step is still unclear. That is exactly where Jagrati Abroad meets its students.
Jagrati Abroad guides students from India from choosing a university all the way to the visa. The plan calls for 30 videos a month, 1 a day, for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok, with the occasional longer video on YouTube.
30 videos a month, each with about 2 hours of prep
Behind every video is work nobody sees. First comes the research: which deadline applies, what does the university require, how much money has to go into the blocked account? Then the script is written in Hinglish, the way the viewers speak. It also needs a shot list, so the video can be filmed on a phone, and captions for 3 platforms. And before filming, someone has to check that every claim is true.
That added up to about 2 hours per video, 60 hours a month for 30 videos, as much as 1.5 full working weeks. At €45.00, what an hour of work cost on average in Germany in 2025 according to the Federal Statistical Office, the prep work came to about €2,700 a month.
A 30-day plan is over after 30 days
Pharen had created the first plan from a single request:
Create a 30-day content calendar for Jagrati Abroad focused on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and occasional long-form YouTube videos.
Pharen turned it into a list of 30 entries, with platform, format, topic, hook and idea for every day.
But a plan does not film a video, and after 30 days you need the next one. So the goal was a process that runs again every month, from the idea to the finished filming pack.
Implementation
3 AI agents for the video platforms
Jagrati Abroad’s workspace has 3 AI agents that we built for the video platforms. JA Trend Analysis looks for topics and trends. JA Insta Scripts helps with the scripts. JA Production Review checks every draft before filming and adds how the scene can be filmed.
That is how 3 ideas from the plan became entries in a production board, each with a Hinglish script, a shot list and a caption:
- Day 8: 20 open tabs and a simple tracker for university research.
- Day 9: what to check before shortlisting a course.
- Day 3: a fictional family dinner about the question “Germany mein job pakki?”
23 seconds per filming pack
For every further idea, there is the workflow “Idea to Shoot Pack”. Jagrati Abroad starts it with a topic from the plan. JA Production Review then writes the script, the shot list, the caption and suggestions for presenting the video.
The first run, with the topic from day 8, was done after 23 seconds.
The script tells students to use a tracker with 5 columns: course name, official link, requirements, deadline and next action. The spoken text has 88 words, and the shot list shows in 4 shots how to film it on a phone.
Every claim is checked before filming
In videos about admission, visas and money, one wrong sentence can hurt students. In a separate test, the review agent was given a draft with 3 unsupported claims: guaranteed admission, an unconfirmed free consultation and a claim that Pharen had brought 9,990 views on Instagram. It removed all 3 and noted the reason for each.
How it runs every month
- Pharen creates the plan for the next 30 videos from 1 request, and JA Trend Analysis adds topics and trends.
- For each idea, Jagrati Abroad starts the workflow. After about 23 seconds, the filming pack with script, shot list and caption is ready.
- Along the way, JA Production Review checks every claim and removes whatever has no evidence.
- Jagrati Abroad reads the pack in about 20 minutes and moves it into the production board.
- Filming and publishing are done by hand.
The agents prepare. Jagrati Abroad decides what gets filmed.
Result
About 50 hours less prep work a month
Before, every video took about 2 hours of research and writing. Today the workflow writes the filming pack in 23 seconds, and Jagrati Abroad reviews it in about 20 minutes. For 30 videos, that is 10 hours a month instead of 60, about 50 hours less, more than 1 full working week. At €45.00 per working hour, that time is worth about €2,250 a month.
3 of 3 unsupported claims removed
In the test, the review agent found all 3 unsupported claims before a single video was filmed. That way, a guaranteed admission does not end up in front of the camera. What is only advice, such as the research tracker, stays in.
The next step
The first 3 filming packs are waiting for review and filming. After publication, reach, saves and enquiries are to be measured after 24 hours and after 7 days. Until then, existing Instagram views do not count as a result of this case. After that come the remaining 27 ideas from the plan, and next month the new plan with 30 videos. The screenshots show the real workspace, captured on 28 September 2026.
For their research, the students have 20 tabs open. For the video about it, Jagrati Abroad now needs 23 seconds of workflow and 20 minutes of review.
