Our digital service
This website provides information about the software, AI, automation and consulting services of Pharen IT GmbH. It allows visitors to explore services and pricing, read articles and case studies, and contact us through contact, waitlist and appointment options.
Our accessibility approach
We align the design and technical implementation with the applicable requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing ordinance (BFSGV). Our technical references include EN 301 549, Section 9, as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 success criteria at Level AA.
This describes the standard we use for development and validation. It is not a certification and does not mean that every requirement has already been fully tested or met in every usage scenario.
Technical and editorial measures
- Semantic page structure with headings, regions and a logical reading order.
- Keyboard operation for interactive elements and visible focus indicators.
- Labels for forms, buttons and navigation elements.
- Colour contrast, scalable text and responsive presentation across different screen sizes.
- Text alternatives for relevant images and language metadata for German and English pages.
- Support for the reduced-motion system preference where animated content is used.
Known limitations and ongoing validation
Embedded content and services from third-party providers, particularly media and appointment-booking services, may have accessibility limitations outside our full control. Direct contact by email is therefore also available as an alternative to appointment booking.
Automated testing tools cannot cover every requirement or usage scenario. We therefore continue to supplement them with manual checks using a keyboard, screen readers, magnification and different devices. Individual barriers may remain despite these measures.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, please email us at info@pharen.de. It helps if you include the affected page or feature, a brief description of the issue, and details about your browser, device or assistive technology.
