What I talk about

The AI works, you decide
How AI agents are changing work
What happens when AI stops just answering and starts getting tasks done? Almost every major provider is building AI agents right now that keep going in the background, even after you close your laptop. I show the stages in which this reaches companies, what it means for your team and what you never hand over.

More than ChatGPT
How AI really takes hold in a company
Why does AI so often get stuck at the trial stage? In most companies I know, everyone uses AI on their own, and every step starts by hand. The providers deliver agents and tools, but not what your processes look like, where your data lives or who signs off. I show how companies build that part themselves and how they can tell it is getting better.

The work nobody misses
What AI already handles in the office today
How much time does your company spend on work nobody likes doing, such as typing up invoices, sorting enquiries or preparing quotes? At Hobeck, a roofing company in Saxony, an incoming invoice now takes under 30 seconds instead of about 5 minutes. I show processes like this from real companies and how you find the first one in your own.

About Johannes Kanthak
“Could we change just one more thing?” We heard that question again and again in our consulting projects. Too often the knowledge behind a process stayed with us instead of with the team that worked with it. That became the idea for Pharen in 2025.
Today I run Pharen IT GmbH in Naunhof near Leipzig. We advise companies on using AI and build the processes with them, such as invoice intake or routing new enquiries. So far we have worked with more than 50 clients. Pharen is an OpenAI Select Partner and part of TechBoost, Deutsche Telekom's startup programme.
At Pharen itself, 8 AI agents have fixed roles. They research, write drafts and check them against our written rules. I set the direction and decide what goes out. Every process I have done by hand three times gets a trigger and starts on its own from then on.
If you book me, you see processes that already run at Pharen today.
