Questions about pricing
On the scope. For training it is the length, the size of the group and whether we come to you. For an AI agent it is how many systems it has to connect and how clean your data is today.
VAT, and for an AI agent the cost of the AI models, billed by usage. If the agent runs in Pharen Hub, we add 20% to the actual AI cost for setup and operations, plus the Hub plan.
No. We build on the systems you already use. Pharen Hub only comes in when something is missing. It runs in Germany or on your own server.
For the first process we need the person who does it today, to answer questions and to test it in daily work. We do the building.
Two funding schemes may apply, both with conditions. The German government subsidises consulting for small and mid-sized businesses through its Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). How much it covers depends on the region, and the guideline runs until the end of 2026. For businesses in the city of Leipzig, the district of Leipzig and Nordsachsen, the Saxon development bank SAB also still takes applications for its digitalisation grant (as of October 2026). It starts at €5,000 of eligible costs, does not cover consulting alone, and you have to apply before the project starts. A single agent often costs less. So before you commission anything, check with the funding body whether your project fits and when it may start.
